Welcome to Sky Blue Logistics Packers and Movers (www.skybluelogisticspackers.in). By booking our relocation, transport, or storage services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the operational obligations between Sky Blue Logistics and the consignor (client) for household shifting, office relocation, vehicle transport, and warehousing activities managed from our hub in Vadodara.
All relocation estimates provided by our moving consultants are based strictly on the inventory list declared by the client during the pre-move audit or form submission. If additional items, boxes, or unlisted heavy assets are added at the time of loading, Sky Blue Logistics reserves the right to revise the final billing to cover extra material consumption and truck space. Our pricing quotes are transparent; however, final rates exclude government service taxes (GST), state entry taxes, octroi, and toll charges, which are to be paid based on actual values unless explicitly included in the written contract.
For public safety and regulatory compliance, our packing crews are strictly prohibited from packing or transporting hazardous goods. The client certifies that the consignment contains no inflammable materials, compressed gas cylinders, fuel liquids, firecrackers, corrosive chemicals, contraband, or illegal substances. Furthermore, high-value personal effects such as jewelry, gold, cash currency, original property deeds, stock certificates, and sensitive loose documentation must be handled directly by the client. Sky Blue Logistics accepts zero financial liability for unlisted high-value loose belongings.
When booking services via Car-Bike-Transport.html, the client must hand over a set of vehicle keys alongside clear photocopies of the Registration Certificate (RC), valid insurance policy, and Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate. The vehicle must contain a minimum fuel reserve (at least one-quarter tank) to facilitate loading and unloading onto our hydraulic auto carrier ramps. All personal items must be completely removed from the car trunk or bike compartments before loading, as we assume no liability for unlisted loose materials stored inside vehicles during interstate transit.
While we maintain a high damage-free cargo safety index, we strongly recommend securing comprehensive transit insurance for long-distance relocations. If transit insurance is opt-in, it covers structural damage caused by highway accidents, fire, or overturning vehicles, subject to the policy terms of the insurance provider. In the unlikely event of item loss or damage, the client must note the issues on the formal proof of delivery (POD) sheet at the time of unloading. All claims must be submitted in writing to info@skybluelogisticspackers.in within **72 hours** of delivery; claims submitted outside this window will not be entertained.
Sky Blue Logistics guarantees punctual arrival times across all major national transport nodes. However, we are not financially liable for delivery delays arising from factors beyond our control (Force Majeure). This includes severe monsoon flooding, highway structural collapses, civil unrest, sudden state-level border closures, union strikes, or vehicle inspection delays at national permit checkpoints.
